Orders received before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday dispatch the same day.
Custom wiring kits and specialized electronics undergo QA before leaving our facility.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays dispatch on the following business day.

Automated dispatch notifications
Once your order is packed and assigned a shipping label, an automated email sends with your direct tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scan events to populate online.
Carriers & signature requirement
High-value electronics such as dash camera setups, power solutions, and lighting kits over $300 may require a direct signature upon delivery to prevent package theft.

Shipping guidelines for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and overseas locations.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS Priority or FedEx 2Day with calculated rates shown during checkout. Delivery takes 4–7 business days.
We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 10–20 business days for final transit.
International shipments are subject to local import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees collected by the destination customs agency upon entry.
Heavy storage boxes, full bumper kits, and oversized accessories are crated and shipped via commercial freight with liftgate service.

Inspect your package
Check the outer carton before signing. If you notice visible crushed corners or tears, take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately.
Notify support within 48h
Contact our support team with your order number and photos. We submit carrier claims and prepare replacement units right away.
Expedited replacement
For damaged in-transit items or confirmed lost parcels, we dispatch a replacement via expedited priority shipping at zero extra cost.
